- 100 words if you haven’t changed into fresh clothes yet today, then change into clean clothes.
- If you are out of fresh clothes to change into, throw in a load of laundry, and write an additional 300 words.
- 100 words if you have over three meals worth of dishes that haven’t been cleaned. Then set a 10 minute timer to devote on working on dishes.If the timer beeps and you still aren’t done with dishes, you are allowed to stop, just get back to writing with 500 words
- If you are feeling motivated to continue the task, good job! finish the dishes, and then subtract 500 from your total if you have a massive (5,000+) total of pending words from this thread.

- 1,100 if you are behind your word goal for something that is out of your control. (family emergency, stranded with a broken car.)

- Take your highest word count day so far this month, say 2,500, and sprint the hundreds section (500). If that’s a round number, like 2,000, eliminate a zero to get it to a round hundred (200).
